Is this possibly the bluest water in the world? I think it is safe to say that Blue Lagoon Nusa Ceningan takes the cake on this one! There are 3 Nusa Islands to explore and they are easily accessible by a fast boat from the mainland Bali. I booked my trip through The Lembongan Traveller via their website.
WHERE IS BLUE LAGOON NUSA CENINGAN
Blue Lagoon is located on Ceningan Island which sits between Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida. If you are staying on Lembongan, you can access Ceningan Island via the yellow bridge that connects the two. I rented a scooter for 60,000 Rupiah per day and that gave me the freedom to explore all the awesome locations myself.

The Blue Lagoon on Ceningan Island is a cliff jumping haven for those adventurous, thrill seekers out there. Follow the cliff edge around to the rocky point on the eastern side of the lagoon. There are remains of what used to be a bar from where people would hang out for the day in between swimming and cliff jumping.
There are a range of cliff jumping heights starting at 4 meters and finishing at 13 meters. We had all intentions of jumping from the cliffs on Ceningan Island this day though the waves were too big and there was a lot of water moving around. Make sure to assess the situation before jumping because the only exit out of the blue lagoon is to climb up a small cliff face and back to dry land.
It is possible to jump on either low tide and high tide as the water at this location is deep enough for a smooth landing. I would advise making sure you have a buddy with you in case things get hairy. Know your own limits and take care.
Once we were done exploring Blue Lagoon for a few hours, my friends and I decided to head over to Mahana Beach on the scooters, which is a 2 minute drive to the opposite side of the headland. The Mahana Point Cliff Jump is another epic location to throw your self over the edge of a 10 meter cliff in to the ocean. I had some crazy fun at these 2 awesome cliff jumping spots and then topped it off with a surf at Mahana Point.
