Daku Island
#1 NAKED ISLAND
The first stop of the day on the Siargao island hopping tour is Naked Island. The name of this island gives it away, being nothing more than just a tiny naked sandbar in the middle of the ocean with no trees and no other signs of life.
Naked Island is surrounded by a colorful reef with some good snorkeling to be had. Other than walking around the island in a matter of minutes and swimming with the fish, there is not much else to do on Naked Island Siargao but it was a good spot to send my DJI Mavic Pro Drone up to get some aerial shots.
See the images below of Naked Island from a birds-eye perspective.

#2 DAKU ISLAND
Daku Island is the next stop on the Island Hopping Siargao itinerary, just a short 20-minute boat ride from Naked Island.
Our captain beached the boat on the sandbar at Daku Island and my friends and I were quickly off on foot to explore.
Exploring Daku Island was one of my most memorable highlights during my visit to Siargao Island, and that’s saying something!
I had so much fun exploring around the island, climbing coconut palms, swimming in turquoise waters, and getting some unreal shots on land and in the air with my drone.
This island is insanely beautiful and I am still now trying to come to terms with the fact that Daku Island actually exists!

#3 GUYAM ISLAND
The last stop on the Siargao Island Hopping tour is Guyam Island. When I think of the words ‘tropical island’ and ‘paradise’, Guyam Island is the first place that comes to mind.
This tiny little island in the middle of the ocean is covered in a miniature coconut palm tree forest and surrounded by glistening white sand and a shallow, rocky reef.
Unfortunately, we weren’t allowed to park the boat and explore Guyam Island on the day that we were there because someone had reserved the entire island for a private party. Sounds terrible right? 😉
Anyhow, my friends and I still enjoyed the spectacular views from the boat and we spent some time swimming around in the crystal clear waters next to Guyam Island.
The boat journey back to the General Luna pier in Siargao takes approximately 20-minutes from Guyam Island and this is where the Siargao Island Hopping tour ends.

Hi, do you happen to have contact info of the guy you had a deal for Island Hopping?
Author
Hey, I don’t I’m sorry but just head down to the pier in General Luna and barter for a good price with one of the boat operators down there.
Hi!! This has been so helpful! Did you have an international drivers license to ride a scooter in the Philippines? Is it really necessary? Thanks so much!
Author
Hi, glad you liked this article! Yes I always have an international drivers license with me and it is recommended for the Philippines. Can get fined for not having one, so best to have one. Hope this helps and enjoy!
